This is my first true foray into the world of Documentary Photography.  This started as part of an ongoing project within a Photo Group I am a member of; a project to document life and nature within our local area, South Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales.

The Dry Stone Walling Association have their headquarters and training ground very close to me and so I thought that the competitions they hold would make a great subject.  To date I have photographed two competitions and one 'Wallathon'
